Vas happenin AGM readers! No,it's not about Zayn neither One Direction! It's about Mikey and Hippy,the two movie stars of Featherdale! Tahnee emailed us yesterday and yep,- she told us everything a Featherdale fan needs to know. Tahnee told us secrets of Mikey and Hippy no one knows except WE and Featherdale. Shh! Mikey and Hippy's facts


~ The inside of Hippy's beak is bright yellow.


~Hippy was named by Tahnee because hippies are people who love trees.

~Hippy loves trees!

~Mikey was born in December 2009.


~Hippy was donated by a member of the public when she was found slightly injured in the wild.

~Hippy has a green leg band on.


~Mikey is a cheeky boy,for that matter,a cheeky koala!


~Tahnee told us the word "Mikey" should be red for love!


~Hippy helps Tahnee to educate young children.

~Mikey was named by one of the keepers,usually the keepers name the koalas.

~Mikey was born in Featherdale.His mother is Rose.

~Hippy is protective and does not like other birds.

~Hippy likes to eat meat.

~Mikey loves fresh Eucalyptus leaves.

~Mikey loves and enjoys cuddles.


~Mikey loves to sleep.


~Hippy loves to sit in the sun.

Our friend,Tahnee from Featherdale Wildlife Park gave us these pictures of Mikey and Hippy,a koala and a tawny frogmouth from the Featherdale family!
